WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY INSTALL?
A BASIC INSTALLATION INCLUDES
- Installer travels to your jobsite from our shop located in Stockton CA.
- Uninstall existing Appliance from cabinetry with grace
- Disconnect from power supply
- Relocate existing Appliance within home on non-marking hand truck on smooth surface terrain, 1 step and Door Jam
- Maneuver new Appliance to intended location on non-marking hand truck on smooth surface terrain, 1 step and Door Jam
- Install new Appliance to existing opening and hookup to existing Plumbing and Electrical Lines
- Level and Mount
- Test Appliance for proper operation
A BASIC INSTALLATION DOES NOT INCLUDE AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO PRICE CHANGE
FOLLOWING MODIFICATIONS
- Work to bring home up to code
- Permits
- Replacing valves, installing electrical outlets, or updating ducting or transitions.
- Cabinetry modifications
- Cutting countertops or Drilling a backsplash
- Attic or Crawl Space Entry
- Disassembling/Cutting out old Appliance that was previously forced into smaller than cut out requirement or trapped behind raised floors
- Excessive movement of furniture to create a path
- Stairs beyond 1st step ($10 per step per Appliance)
- Fuel surcharges may apply to jobs with special accommodations outside of company routing, such as specific time frames, days, and remote service locations.
