Scheduling for install:
Once you have selected your new product, your dealer which is the (retail store) will provide you with the earliest available delivery date, you can always post pone your appliance delivery, but most cases you cannot move your delivery forward to a sooner date. Once you have the promised delivery date. Immediately contact our dispatch team
provide us with the delivery date you selected. We will tentatively schedule your installation for the following days, within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery. We are usually scheduled at least 7 days out.
The day of delivery:
Upon delivery, request your delivery team fully open your new product, you should inspect for visual damage, check for dings and dents, open dishwasher doors inspect hinges, and pull out racks. Please confirm with us your product arrived with a call or text. If we do not hear from you, than you should expect to hear from us. A delivery confirmation must be made to keep your scheduled install.
Installer Arrival time:
The night before your scheduled installation, we will call or text you between 6:00 and 9:00 pm to provide you with your 3 hour time window.
The day of installation:
You will receive an automated text message notification 30 minutes prior to the installer arrival.
