Scope of Work

Premium Appliance Installs Inc. professionally installs major household appliances per manufacturer guidelines and California code.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth installation, the customer must verify appliance compatibility with existing electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems, ensure the installation site is clear and accessible, provide a clear path to the installation site, and clean behind and under old appliances once removed.

Installation Standards

All installations will be performed following manufacturer specifications and local building codes. We do not modify cabinetry, countertops, electrical, plumbing, or ventilation unless explicitly agreed upon. If modifications are required, additional charges may apply.

Service Fees and Payment

All service fees must be paid upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for unexpected modifications or additional labor. If an appointment is canceled on-site due to non-acceptance of modification charges, a damaged product, or an incorrect size, a $69 cancellation fee may apply. If a newly installed appliance experiences a manufacturer defect unrelated to installation, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for assistance. The full installation payment remains due.

Gas Shut-Off and Restoration

If a gas shut-off is required for service, we will restore gas and inspect our connections for leaks and proper function. We are not responsible for relighting appliance pilot lights after gas restoration"

Warranty Coverage

1-Year Quality Installation Warranty covers correct installation according to manufacturer specifications and local codes, workmanship issues such as improper connections, wiring, leveling, or mounting, and parts and labor related to installation-related issues within one year. Time Frame: This warranty is valid for one year from the date of installation. Leak Coverage: Leaks at points of connection are covered for 45 days.

Warranty Voidance

If your appliance is tampered with, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Premium Appliance Installs Inc., your warranty will be void, even if the issue was not previously reported to us or we were not given the opportunity to address it.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors, issues related to other household systems (e.g., faulty plumbing or electrical), tampering with the installation, corroded angle stops, or clogged air gaps.

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages to the appliance or property due to pre-existing issues with electrical, plumbing, or structural conditions. Any claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours after installation.

Liability Disclaimer

Premium Appliance Installs Inc. is not liable for pilot light relighting, thermocouple failure, or any additional repairs beyond restoring gas service and ensuring safe connections. Any costs associated with appliance repairs, inspections, or utility provider services are the responsibility of the property owner.
